
The Hartshorne Miner Marching Band Bingo Night is this Friday, February 17, in the HS/MS cafeteria. Doors open at 5 p.m., games start at 6 p.m. Arrive early for walking tacos and to look over the prizes! $20 for 20 game cards, single cards for the grand prize concert tickets are $5. Concessions will be available!


SATURDAY EVENTS
Today is the Annual Hartshorne FFA Ag Day and Pie Supper. Come get some of the finest baked goods in the state at 6pm in the HS Cafeteria. The HHS Basketball teams play at Silo tonight. If you can't make it down you can watch it LIVE at http://silorebels.tv.

Reminder:
Parent/ Teacher Conferences are today from 3:30pm-8pm. No school tomorrow. If your child hasn't returned the hotspots/chromebooks from Distance Learning, please return them to the school this evening.

Basketball Senior Night begins @ 5:45pm tonight followed by HS Girls and Boys games. Go Miners!

FRIDAY (2/3) will be a Snow Day. Students are encouraged to complete all assignments from Distance Learning this week before you return on Monday. HS BB games vs Heavener (2/3) and Talihina (2/4) are still expected to be played, at this time.

HPS will continue with DL on Thur (2/2) due to conditions around campus and on bus routes. Students and Staff should prepare to return to campus on Fri (2/3). HS BB @Caddo will be determined by noon. Choctaw Livestock Show for this weekend has been cancelled.

We will begin allowing student pickup at 11am and buses will run at 12pm. We are transitioning to DL for Tuesday and are preparing to stay on DL through Thursday if needed. Devices are being provided to students who need them and assignments will be posted by 9am

Distance Learning Update
We have been notified by our provider that some of the hotspots are not going to be functional for DL today. We are also aware of power outages in our area. Students are encouraged to complete DL work, but we will be allowing extra time when we return.

Parents may begin picking up students at 2:00, today 1/24. Buses will run at the regular time. Return to our regular schedules on Thursday 1/26, weather permitting.

There will be no After School Programs tomorrow (Tuesday) or Wednesday.

Middle School Tutoring for Spring Semester starts next week! Please take advantage of this free resource. Also, parents/guardians please make sure your student has their school supplies every day. It was a great first week back!
