Season Basketball Seat holders: Passes are printed & ready to be picked up. If you haven't paid for them yet, please make arrangements to do so before we can distribute your passes. Passes can be picked up here at school, can be sent home with your student, or can be picked up at the 1st home game. Please email me at jjames@hartshorne.k12.ok.us to let me know which way you wish to get your passes and make payment for them (if applicable)

ANNOUNCEMENT This Friday we will be taking a Distance Learning Day to allow our students and staff time to travel to Pawhuska for the 1st Round of the OK HS FB Playoffs. No technology will be checked out since we have time for teachers to provide paper-pencil assignments.

FOOTBALL WEATHER UPDATE We are moving the game time up for tomorrow to try to avoid a severe weather system expected to come into our area later in the evening. Kickoff will be at 6pm with Senior Night beginning at 5:30. Seniors and their parents will begin lining up at 5:15.

The Veterans Day Assembly will be held at Taylor Gym on Monday, November 11th at 9am. We invite the entire community to join us in honoring and expressing gratitude to our veterans for their service. Following the assembly, veterans and their guests are invited to the Elementary School, where veterans will be honored with a program at 10:30am in the Elementary Activity Center (gym). Hamburgers for Heroes will follow directly after the program.

Attention: Buses will be running approximately 10 minutes earlier today to ensure all students and drivers arrive home safely in case there is another weather warning.

ANNOUNCEMENT Students and staff have been moved into the on-campus storm shelters at this time. To keep ALL students and staff safe, we will not check any students out until we receive an ALL CLEAR from PCEM.
