💚 National Grinch Day celebrated TOMORROW at Hartshorne Middle School💚
National Grinch Day is officially celebrated on December 1st and encourages everyone to “grow their hearts three sizes” through reading, giving, and community spirit.
Our Middle School students are invited to join the fun by wearing green or Grinch-themed gear tomorrow and bringing a little extra holiday spirit to the halls!
Parents of the Senior Class of 2026:
All caps and gowns must be ordered through the school. Please do not order the cap and gown online. Ordering through the school will save you tax and shipping/handling. The cost of the cap and gown this year is $50.00, and this does include the tassel. Please make a check or money order payable to Hartshorne Public Schools. If paying in cash, exact change is required. Payment is due by January 15th, 2026. If you would like extra tassels, Class of 2025 clothing or memorabilia, graduation announcements, etc., you may purchase those items online from Jostens. They are getting closer to the finish line!

📢 OSTP Student/Family Reports Going Home Today
Attention 6th, 7th, and 8th grade parents/guardians:
We just received the official Student/Family Reports from the Oklahoma State Testing Program with last year’s OSTP scores. These reports are being sent home with students today.
Please make sure to get this from your child, review the information together, and contact us if you have any questions. We are happy to help you understand the results and what they mean for your student’s learning.

Our newest National Honor Society students represent the first members of a new NHS chapter at Hartshorne High School, sponsored by Mrs. Cyndie Milligan. They were officially inducted this past Tuesday. We’re excited to see the impact they’ll make on our school and community.
