REGIONAL SB UPDATE
The Regional Tournament is moving to Stuart. Expected game time for the 1:30 game is now 3:30. Lady Miners will begin around 5:00pm. Weather updates will be provided as they become available.
Regional Softball games have been delayed due to weather. Additional information will be posted as it is received.
HHS Homecoming Parade will be Thursday, Sept. 21st at 8pm. Floats will begin lining up at Capital Equipment Rentals (Pettits) at 7pm. It will be getting dark at parade time, so lights on floats are encouraged.
*Candy throwing or animals are NOT allowed in parade.*
Reminder: There will be no After School Program (MELLO) tomorrow, Sept. 14th.
ATTENTION
The Adamson Route (BLUE DOT) will be running approx 30 minutes late this morning. We apologize for the inconvenience. Parents can bring students to school or wait for the bus to make its route. Students will not be counted tardy or absent if they are riding the bus.

No cost influenza vaccinations!
Thanks to the OSDH and Choctaw Nation, a school flu vaccination program is available for our students this year on Tuesday 9/19/23. It provides voluntary flu vaccinations that require a consent form. This form along with additional information can be accessible via the links provided or at the upcoming PTC on 9/14/23.
If your child is in EM, all forms should be in their Thursday folders.
All consents must be turned in by Friday, September 15th to their school site office(s)

REMINDER: School pictures at MS/HS are tomorrow, Sept. 6th. Elementary pictures are Thursday, Sept. 7th.
Tomorrow, Sept. 5th, is the first day of the After School Program (MELLO) for grades K-8th. Students must be enrolled in the program to attend. Program hours are from 3pm-5:30pm. If your child/children will be attending, please remind them if they will be picked up OR riding the bus.
Spectator guidelines for HPS events for the 2023-2024 school year:
For any student who qualified for a letterman jacket this year and has already been sized, the money is due in the high school office no later than September 8. Cash or check only. Payment will not be accepted after September 8.
