REMINDER
Today is the last day to submit a bid on one of the three (3) surplus buses available to the public. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and submitted inside the admin office by NOON today. Buses are parked in the MS parking lot and must be picked up by Friday 7/9.
Golf Tournament
Hartshorne Miner Golf Tournament fundraiser will be July 31st at Arrowhead Golf Course (see flyer link for details). Tournament is limited to the 1st 24 teams signed up. Teams need to sign up by replying with first & last names of ALL 4 team members ON THE HPS FACEBOOK POST ONLY.

REMINDER
The OSSAA Dead Period begins today and runs through July 4th. No school based extra curricular activities, practices, training, or competitions are permitted until July 5th. All school facilities are closed to students and contact with school personnel is prohibited.

CORRECTION:
Reports Cards for ELEMENTARY were sent home with students last week. If your child DID NOT receive his/her report card, it is available in the Elementary Office.
Attention Virtual/Blended Students:
All HPS devices (hotspots, Chromebooks, iPads) MUST BE RETURNED to the school by tomorrow, May 21st. Devices will be deactivated at 5pm. If you have questions, email jhunt@hartshorne.k12.ok.us or call (918)297-2534 (press 3 for IT dept.).
Report Cards are available in the elementary, middle school, and high school offices (where your child attends) from 8am-3pm (Mon.-Fri.) until Friday, May 28th. After that date, please call (918) 297-2534 to arrange a pickup time from the Superintendent's Office.
