The BLUE DOT bus (Adamson route) will be delayed this morning. Parents are welcome to bring students to campus or wait for the bus to resume the route at 7:45. Students will not be counted tardy or absent due to this delay. We appreciate your patience.

MS plays Wilburton at home at 4. HS will also play Wilburton at home at 5:30.
MS & HS softball changes for today: MS will play at 12 pm at home vs Oktaha.
HS festival has been moved to Hartshorne. 2 pm vs Talihina, 3:15 vs Wilburton

MS baseball festival schedule
STATE TOURNAMENT UPDATE
HHS will be listed as the VISITOR today. Our fans can purchase tickets in the regular arena seating areas across from the scorers table. First come - First serve seating on the floor will be located to the left of the main entrance.

Arena opens at 3:30 on Tues for the evening session.
SCHEDULING UPDATE
HPS will be using a Snow Day on Tuesday (3/7) to allow students and staff the ability to attend the 2A State Basketball Tourn in OKC. The Lady Miners will take on Amber-Pocasset at 4:30pm at State Fair Arena. We will resume our regular schedule on Wed (3/8).
THE Miner Nation will be sending the
Basketball Girls off to The Big House tomorrow with a MS/HS Pep Rally @ 12pm, then over to ES @ 12:30. Wear your MINER BLUE!

BASKETBALL PLAYOFF UPDATE
Students in grades 6-12 who dress in Hawaiian attire AND sit in the STUDENT SECTION behind the bench will have their admission paid. Students will need to sign in at the Wilburton Gym with Mr Hendrix or Mrs Green between 5:15-6:15 to cover your ticket.

WEATHER UPDATE
PCEM has given us the ALL CLEAR. We will continue to monitor weather conditions throughout the evening. The HEC is now closed.
Parents who wish to pick up their child/children from the After School Programs due to the upcoming weather conditions may do so at any time. Please notify the office when you arrive. If weather warnings are issued, students at the MS will go to the Hartshorne Event Center and ES Students will go to the ES Library.

The Hartshorne Event Center will open at 4:15pm as a shelter from severe weather. We will be monitoring the changing conditions with PCEM.

The Lady Miners will take on the Preston Lady Pirates at 6pm this Friday in the Area Finals at Wilburton HS. If you can't make it to the game it will be live-streamed on NFHS Network.
