Attention Parents: The phone system is currently down at the elementary school ONLY. If you need to get a message to the ES Office for your child, you can still call (918) 297-2534 and speak with someone in the other offices.
Please make sure your child attends school on August 14th if they are in 10th-12th grade and are interested in ordering a letterman jacket. Purchasing a jacket is optional. Parents do not need to be present for this. Students in 10th-12th grade are eligible to order jackets only if they have lettered for at least one year in band, cheer, or sports at Hartshorne High School. Our representative will only be here on this date, August 14th, and will not return any other day this year. Depending on the lettering, these jackets typically range between $280 and $400. Jackets must be paid for in full by September 6th; otherwise, they will not be ordered.

Enrollment Forms are available on the school website: www.hartshorne.k12.ok.us - Forms can be completed/printed before arriving, but must be submitted in person on enrollment day. **Forms will also be available on site.**
7th-12th grade students who will be participating in extra-curricular activities:
Reminder: Enrollment for HPS students is July 29th-31st from 8am-12pm - Parent or Guardian MUST be present at enrollment. All new AND returning students must provide proof of residency to enroll. New students must also bring a birth certificate, social security card, shot records, and a CDIB card (if applicable).
